Returns

How can I return (a part of) my order?

If you are not completely satisfied or if the product arrives damaged, we are very sorry and we offer you the opportunity to return the product without giving any reason. You have 14 days to register for return and after this notification you have another 14 days to return the ordered parts to us.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to our warehouse:

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning. It’s your own choice which parcel service you use for the shipment, however we do recommend a tracked service.

We assess your return shipment after receipt and if approved, we will refund the order amount including shipping costs to your account within 14 days.

Can I return an order at your warehouse?

No, our warehouse is not a visiting address. Collection and return is therefore not possible at our warehouse.

Do I have to pay the delivery costs myself if I return (part of) my order?

Yes, the costs of a return shipment are for your own account.

What is the status of my return?

When the returned parts have arrived and checked with us, you will receive an email confirmation. After this confirmation, we will pay you the purchase price of the return shipment, as well as the shipping costs thereof, within 14 days.
